1. What kind of deposit do you require?
We require a 50% deposit down on all projects over $100.00 in value. Unless other payment arrangements have been made with us prior to the order.
2. What type of payments do you accept?
Our prefered method of payment is Paypal however we also accept cash, checks and money orders.
3. Are you willing to ship my items?
We will ship your order USPS unless otherwise specified. We are always willing to work with short USPS quick calculator. Special shipping such as over night, next day etc may incur additional shipping charges unless other agreements have been reached. We do not insure items shipped unless otherwise stated.
4. What type of warranty do you offer?
We are proud to offer a full two year warranty on all installed products. We will replace our products due to install or manufacture defects within this two year time period.
5. Do you do Graphic Design Work?
We do offer graphic design or normal artwork fee is $45.00 per hour. We can give you an estimate before work is underway. Upon agreement a 50% non refundable deposit is required.
6. Can I provide you with my own artwork?
It’s easy! Just e-mail the artwork it must be in a PC Format. If there is an issue with the artwork we will notify you before moving forward; we accept a wide variety of formats. Please contact us for supported formats.
7. If I have a digital photo can you make a sign or graphic from it?
Yes, and we are doing this a lot more often! The better quality the photograph, the better your digital print will turn out! We can put digital prints on your trailers and vehicles also.
8. Will my new sign need a permit from my city or town?
Depending on the location of your new sign, you may or may not. It is the responsibility of the purchasing party to obtain all neccessary permits needed
9. If I’m getting my truck or vehicle lettered how long will it be out of service?
Most standard sized vehicles can be lettered in one business day, larger vehicles may take a day or two, and we will try to work around your schedule as much as possible, making even weekends open for installs. We can also come to your jobsite for installation.
10. Will putting magnetic signs on my vehicle harm or damage it in any way?
There are a few important things to remember when using magnetic signs. The area where the sign will be applied should be clean and dry without any protrusions or dents. This will help the magnet lie flat and help to prevent rust. If moisture is trapped under the magnet, rust can occur. A good coat of wax on your vehicle will also help prevent rust under a magnetic sign.
11. Is there a minimum order requirement for screen printing?
Our minimum order is 12 pieces for more then two colors. We can do as little as one shirt for 1 – 2 colors. However we strongly recommend that you order more as buying the minimum is not economical in the long run. These can be mixed and matched between Tee shirts, Sweats, Dress Shirts Etc.
12. What brands of shirts do you use?
We use brands from Hanes, Jerzees, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil, Gildan and many others. If you have a certain brand preference, we can usually provide those for you as well.
13. What’s the difference between 50/50 and 100% cotton shirts?
100% cotton shirts are a heavier but breathe better and, in some dark colors, hold the ink color better. However 50/50 shirts are a little cheaper and lighter. Both are fine shirts and will look great.
14. Are my new shirts going to shrink?
Most shirts come pre-shrunk and will not shrink much at all. Certainly not enough to change sizes.
